Vendor Setup time 12:00-3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2008 - Vendors and conventioneers visit from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. with social mixer starting in Vendor Area at 5:30 p.m.

• Gold $1,000 = Two tables in exhibit area, 20 minutes to address conference, passes for 3 people to events, logos on web pages, flyers, printed material and signage. (NO MORE AVAILABLE, PROGRAM IS FULL)
• Silver $ 500 = One table in exhibit area, 8 minutes to address conference, passes for 2 people to events, logos on web pages, flyers, printed material and signage. (NO MORE AVAILABLE, PROGRAM IS FULL)
• (Still AVAILABLE) Bronze $ 275 = One table in exhibit area, pass for 1 person to events, logos on web pages, flyers, printed material and signage.
• Additional Reps (attend all functions) = $ 85.00 each.
• Wednesday Evening Mixer Sponsorship (Cash Bar) = $775 (added signage, web site and flyer publicity during the event)
• Continental Breakfast Sponsorship (Thursday, Feb. 21) = $485 (added signage, web site and flyer publicity during the event)
