Vendor & Exhibitor Signup For ALSSA EXPO 2009 - Montgomery
EXPO February 25-26, 2009 at Montgomery Renaissance Hotel & Spa, at the Convention Center.
Vendor Setup time 11:00-3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2009 - Vendors and conventioneers visit from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. with social mixer starting in Vendor Area at 5:30 p.m.

Sponsor levels:
- Gold $1,000 = Two tables in exhibit area, 20 minutes to address conference, passes for 3 people to events, logos on web pages, flyers, printed material and signage.
- Silver $ 500 = One table in exhibit area, 8 minutes to address conference, passes for 2 people to events, logos on web pages, flyers, printed material and signage.
- Bronze $ 275 = One table in exhibit area, pass for 1 person to events, logos on web pages, flyers, printed material and signage.
- Additional Reps (attend all functions) = $ 85.00 each.
- Wednesday Evening Mixer Sponsorship (Cash Bar) = $775 (added signage, web site and flyer publicity during the event)
- Continental Breakfast Sponsorship (Thursday, Feb. 26) = $485 (added signage, web site and flyer publicity during the event)
- Places for Exhibitors is limited to ~ 35, please sign up early. We had 35 last year. You will be provided with table, cloth, backdrop, chairs,and other booth items except optional items listed below.
