Meeting In Mobile, AL

At this meeting we will have several periods for YOU to ask questions of our guest speakers or of the board and entire membership. Anything you want to know, someone probably has some answers for you. Be prepared. Write a few things down and make this meeting specifically beneficial for you. You'll be glad you attended.
Meeting will start at 11:00 sharp. Please arrive between 10:30 and 10:45 to sign up for lunch, get a name tag and be ready for the meeting which will start on time.
One sponsor for the lunch is Laureate Capital, and our thanks to John Mark Church, who will also be speaking to us on financing of self storage properties.
Our other sponsor is Ruffin Building Systems supplying high quality metal building systems and components to the commercial, institutional, industrial, agricultural, and mini-storage markets.
We will have speakers on a variety of topics, including Officer Tony Calderaro of the state ABI. He will talk about Meth Labs in storage facilities. He has a dynamite presentation on what you should look for to prevent bad things from happening on your property.
Tripp Pankey will tell us about his high tech cameras that allows him to not only record multiple locations with various cameras, but to see them in real time on his portable blackberry. You will enjoy this information.
Our treasurer, Stuart LaGroue will present an EXPO report on our finances. We did quite well.
The lunch buffet will be served at 12:15 and will cost $20 (which includes room rental and service charges).
