This is the link to the actual schedule of events with times. It will continue to be updated. The schedule reflects updates as of 8-15-07. This combined Trade Show and Conference will feature two modules of the SSA MCC (Manager's Certification Course) that will be held on Sunday afternoon and Monday afternoon. In addition, there will be a presentation by Carlos Kaslow for the general meeting on Legal Issues.
We hope you will book your rooms early. Ask for the group special rate of $159 per night that will include a full breakfast. There are three hotels at the complex called Kingston Plantation, but ours is the Embassy Suites. http://www.kingstonplantation.com/accommodations/embassy-suites/ and you can contact them directly (800-867-0010).
Golf will be featured Sunday afternoon of your arrival. Registration desk will be open Sunday from 1-5 pm. The vendors trade area may be open from mid-Sunday afternoon until 6:00 at which time an arrival Wine and Cheese Reception will begin in the Vendor Hall.

Monday, October 22, 2007 - 8:00 am Registration $99 Early Bird before September 21, less than 30 days in advance (Sept 22-Oct 19) is $129, Onsite registration $169. Spouse is $50.

Tuesday, October 23, 2007 - Final round of conference with special wrap up speakers and a round table.
Conference closes at noon.

There will be spaces for 45 vendors at the Convention. It will be a table top area approximately 10' wide with a 8' table. Cost of booth area is $450 and that includes tickets for 2 people to all events & meals. Breakdown completed no later than 10 am Tuesday.
